Workshop tip: Repurposed hardware containers

Like many woodworkers, I recycle plastic containers for hardware storage. This labeling trick lets me grab the right container off the shelf every time. It’s nothing more than a sample of the hardware inside—screw, bolt, or whatever— taped to the outside, with the size and type noted on the tape.
